My experience was terrible! First after checking into chalet walking up steps took a hell of a face plant because steps were sheer ice! My husband yelled at the the maintenance guys please some salt on the steps cuz my wife just ate her face.... He came back half hour later n salted... Left the bucket for us to salt but as we came back later was gone... My job relies on my hands as I as am a hairdresser... No thanks to the concern of the front desk or anyone else there. When I called the front desk to let them know I got an I'm sorry. I'm sorry doesn't cut it and now I can't do my job this week as I have to get exrays. Thanks tree tops.. Oh FYI it's not the 70'S anymore. Update ur chalets and quit patching what's wrong! U get a big 00000000 with me plus some!!!!!
